 CMH SERVICES PROGRAMS PURCHASE OF SERVICES FROM THE STATE

LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY: M.C.L. 330.1116

DESCRIPTION: Community mental health services boards, organizations, and, authorities may obtain services either from State of Michigan psychiatric hospitals/centers for their residents or from community alternatives. If services are obtained from State of Michigan providers, contracts require that funds be transmitted to local units to be used to purchase services from the state.
