  ENVIRONMENT IN STATE HOSPITALS AND CENTERS

LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY: M.C.L. 330.1100 et seq.; 1974 PA 258

DESCRIPTION: Gifts and bequests are received by the state to assist in treatment and improving the living environment of persons in state institutions. The legislature grants the authority to accept such gifts and to spend the funds on behalf of residents.
