DESCRIPTION: The Secretary of State distributes an organ and tissue donor card with each mailing of a driver license or state identification card. If the person chooses, they can complete the card and mail it to the registry maintained by the Gift of Life organization located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Additionally, drivers are encouraged to use the space allocated for organ and tissue donation on the back of each Michigan driver's license.
