DESCRIPTION: This program pays for the medical care and treatment on behalf of persons aged 20 and under who have a qualifying medical diagnosis. Coverage includes: cancer; cerebral palsy; cleft palate/cleft lip; liver disease; deformed limbs; amputations; hemophilia; muscular dystrophy; epilepsy, sickle cell anemia and similar conditions. Persons 21 and older with cystic fibrosis or certain blood clotting disorders may also be eligible for services.
