DESCRIPTION: Advocacy services for pregnant women who are not receiving prenatal care help them get care and assist them in dealing with situations which might keep them from remaining in care. Media and educational materials emphasize the importance of early and regular prenatal care. The Neighborhood Services Organization operates a statewide Hotline (800-26-BIRTH).
