A few words about our presentation here this morning. It will consist of two segments. The first will cover basic budgetary concepts and processes. We hope to introduce you to the elements of the budget that you will need in order to understand why certain things happen the way they do. The second segment will cover the role of revenues and fund accounting in the budget. We have scheduled time for questions at the end of each segment, but we encourage you to ask questions as they occur, rather than let an issue go by while it is unclear. At the end of the program, if we haven't covered something in which you are particularly interested, or if you are still unclear on some point, we will stick around to answer questions after the program. And, we will be available at any future time to talk to you about any of the issues we raise today.
